drive you around, looking for a house or appartment.

You might need
assistance in selling your current residence before moving, such
as the real estate lawyers fees, advertising, broker's fees.

of new residence
If you are going
to purchase a new home or appartment, you my need to come up with
loan origination fees and other costs for the closing. You may need
a bridge loan.

If you have
children going to school, you will need assistance searching for
a new school, and some assistane in enrollment.
